Instructions:
1. Paint papier mache frame white. Let dry.
2. Draw and paint brown spots on white frame. Let dry.
3. Trace and cut pattern pieces for puppy from Pacon® Foam Sheets; head and tail from brown foam, ear from white foam. Puppy Frame Pattern
4. With a glue stick, glue tail and head to back of frame. Glue the ear to the head. Refer to photo for placement. Let dry.
5. Glue the Pacon® Wiggly Eye and Pacon® Pom Pom to face. Using a permanent black marker draw a mouth.
