Make Learning Beautiful with Plast’r Craft® -
Matisse Inspired Pins (for Grades 3rd-5th)

  Students will:

• Investigate the works of Henri Matisse.
• Learn the differences of geometric and organic shapes by creating a collage.
• Create sculptural art from a 2D project (Transfer ideas from 2D to 3D).
• Explore various materials to create wearable art, combining soft and hard materials- contrasts of textures.
• Explore Elements of Visual Art: line, shape, color, form and texture.

To create this project use: Plast’r Craft®, Peacock® Display Board,
Fadeless Assorted Art Paper, Short Marabou & Plume Feathers,

Spectra® Glitter Sparkling Crystals.
